I do not hold with the new-fangled telegraph, too easy to intercept messages. I built a secure communication system using smoke signals, and send the smoke signals across the country in a steel pipe. Messages in the pipe take three weeks to arrive.
Steve is a clever lad. He invented the hacksaw, and bypassed my security system. This is where the word "hacking" came from.
